Become a We Love Dogs Foster Carer
We’re looking for new foster carers to provide a temporary home.
We need people to open their houses and their hearts to dogs who may find themselves without a permanent home.
This is a vital role that involves looking after these doggies until they’ve found a new forever home.
What do I need to become a foster carer?
You need to be:
• Over the age of 18
• Hold a current driving license.
• Have a safe & secure property
We would love to receive applications from everyone, but we’re particularly in need of people who:
• Live in a household with no children.
• Have no other dogs and no cats in the home.
You’ll receive as much support and advice about the dog in your care as we can give.
We’ll provide food, bedding, and any other practical things you need.
And we’ll also cover the costs of any veterinary treatment.

Benefits of foster caring
Being a foster carer gives you all the joy of adopting a rescue dog without any of the long-term commitment.
It’s perfect for dog-lovers who aren’t ready to adopt a dog yet.
Just as importantly, becoming a foster carer today means helping fellow dog lovers who have to give up their dog due to becoming unwell.
And you’ll be giving a loving dog a loving home when they most need it.
